There will be 8 badges provided. These are to access all amenities. Please return all badges, and if any are missing, there will be an extra charge. If additional passes are needed, disposable wristbands are available at the boat rental marina for $10 per person per day with proof of rental packet. 🌲 Larger Poconos area Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, we have access to countless amenities within 30 minutes, including 4 major ski mountains (Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Blue Mountain, Camelback), state parks (Hickory Run, Beltzville, Lehigh Gorge, Big Pocono), and other classic Poconos activities like paintballing and whitewater rafting! 🎮 ULTIMATE GAME LOUNGE Want to stay inside? No problem! Our entire first floor is your gaming oasis, and includes: ❖Air hockey ❖Ping pong ❖Pool table ❖Shuffleboard table ❖Poker table ❖Pac-Man arcade machine ❖Mahjong, board games 🥘 KITCHEN ESSENTIALS ❖ Major Appliances: Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Freezer, Standalone Freezer, Wine Fridge ❖ Small Appliances: Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker ❖ Cooking Essentials: Pots, Pans, Knives, Cooking Utensils ❖ Dining & Drinkware: Plates, Bowls, Cups, Glassware, Bottle Opener, Corkscrew ❖ Food Prep & Storage: Baking Dishes, Tupperware ❖ Pantry Basics: Salt, Pepper, Oil, Spices 🛁 BEDROOM AND BATHROOM ESSENTIALS We provide fresh linens and bath towels for all guests. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. We also provide starter toilet paper rolls. We do not provide laundry detergent. 🏡 HOUSE RULES 1. Please leave the home in the condition that you found it in. 2. No smoking inside the house. 3. Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited. 4. Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 11 pm to 7:30 am as a courtesy to the neighbors. GUEST ACCESS ❖ The entire chalet is yours to enjoy, apart from 2 locked closets. ❖ The address, door code, and other essential info will be sent the day before your arrival. ❖ Check in: Any time after 3PM ET ❖ Check out: Any time before 10AM ET ❖ Up to 9 cars can be parked on the driveway. We provide parking passes for 4 vehicles at no additional charge. Additional vehicles will be $7.00/per vehicle. Guests must provide license plate/state information at least 48 hrs before check-in for parking passes. 🙋🏻 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS The primary booking individual must be at least 25 years or older, and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. 🐶 PETS Pets are welcome for a $100 fee per pet. Please be sure to promptly pick up after your pet. ⬛ TRASH For everyone’s safety, never leave food or trash outside, including used cups, plates, or pet waste. There is no curbside trash pickup in the community. Guests are required to take trash to the nearby compactor: See “46 Towamensing Trail” on Google Maps. If trash is left at the property, there will be an extra $25/bag charge. 🔥 FIRE POLICY No open fires or fireworks — strictly prohibited in the community and subject to heavy fines.
